Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. Shipping Destinations
We offer domestic and international shipping.
Domestic shipping applies within the country of operation
International shipping is available to selected countries worldwide

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments:

Strands by CS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
Strands by CS is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment due to address errors
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Strands by CS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
We recommend shipping to a secure location to avoid theft
8. Refused or Returned Shipments
If a package is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect:
Shipping fees are non-refundable
The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the package and product
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or resolution where applicable
10. Split Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
